新工程計畫總辦公室團隊於2026年2月25日，拜訪了計畫執行團隊—黎明技術學院車輛工程系。這次交流不僅讓我們深入瞭解校方在汽車保修人才培訓上的努力，更充分感受到教學團隊對教學實踐的熱忱。
▌ 教學發展的實務交流
交流活動由系主任袁平教授帶領教學團隊的座談展開。首先由袁主任簡報目前的計畫推動現況，隨後雙方針對具體的教學資料進行深度討論。現場交流資料涵蓋五大課群架構、知識串聯表及新開發的教材與問卷結果等；總計畫辦公室的老師們也針對課群中「工程實務問題」的訂定、學生觀感問卷設計等面向，提供了具體的優化建議。
▌ 走訪特色場域
座談結束後，袁主任帶領團隊實地參觀了車輛實習工廠、智慧電動車人才培育中心及 PCBA 智慧製造人才培訓基地。透過場域走訪，我們看見學系與產業（如 KIA）緊密連結，共同打造出從傳統燃油車到新型油電、純電車的紮實訓練環境，為學生建構具備就業競爭力的學習路徑。

Lee-Ming Institute of Technology: Driving Innovation in Automotive Engineering Education
On February 25, 2026, the NEEMEC Project Central Office Team visited the Department of Vehicle Engineering at Lee-Ming Institute of Technology. The visit highlighted the department’s commitment to automotive training and its innovative approach to engineering education.
▌ Academic Exchange and Curriculum Strategy
The session, led by Department Chair Professor Yuan Ping, focused on the project's progress and the practical implementation of the "Five Core Course Clusters." The discussion covered knowledge mapping, newly developed teaching materials, and evaluation results. To support the team’s ongoing efforts, the Central Office provided targeted feedback on defining "Engineering Practical Problems" and optimizing the design of student perception surveys to ensure the program's effectiveness.
▌ Strengthening Industry-Ready Training
Following the discussion, Professor Yuan guided a tour of the department's specialized facilities, including the Automotive Practice Workshop (車輛實習工廠), Smart Electric Vehicle Training Center (智慧電動車人才培育中心), and PCBA Smart Manufacturing Training Base (PCBA智慧製造人才培訓基地). These sites showcase a robust industry-academic partnership (such as with KIA), providing a high-standard environment where students gain hands-on experience in both traditional mechanics and modern electric vehicle technology.
